Welcome to Alchemix Recording Studios : Est: 1998 / Brisbane CBD / QLD / Australia

We now have a brand new PC based editing Suite at our studio space in Woolloongabba. This is outside our main 2 recording studios, and you can hire this with operator/engineer for $50 per hour. Drop of usb or firewire hard drives, and we can take care of the rest. Audio editing done right.

the power of this new facility comes from a state of the art core2 PC with blistering HDD access speeds generated by two VelicorRaptor (tm) maxtor drives in RAID configuration. With all the other bells and whistles of a next gen PC, this beast has no bottlekneck and makes editing a breeze.

We recommend you visit us if your looking to do a release recording. This gives us a chance to talk about how best to capture your sound, under the given timeline and budget, especially if you have any extra requirements, eg. studio musician hire, gear hire, abnormal booking times etc. The last reassurance you get when visiting us, is the fact that what you see is what you get. We are no bedroom studio, (unlike our humble beginnings in 1997), but a dual studio facility, of professional construction. We are also happy to answer any questions via e-mail and via the phone.
